Screen Condition: Your iPhone screen must be in good condition for battery replacement. Any deep scratches, cracks, or other damage may worsen when removing the screen.

1. Standard 3rd Party Battery
   Our standard replacement option provides a 3rd party battery with the same capacity as your iPhone's original, delivering reliable performance at a great value. Please note, with a 3rd party battery installed, your device will display a message stating it is an "unknown part." This does not affect the device’s performance, and the message will disappear after 15 days.

2. Extra Capacity Battery
   For the heavy user, we offer an upgraded battery with extra capacity. This option provides longer usage between charges, ideal if you're constantly on the go. Please note, with a 3rd party battery installed, your device will display a message stating it is an "unknown part." This does not affect the device’s performance, and the message will disappear after 15 days. 

3. Apple Original Battery
   Prefer to stick with Apple? Our Apple Original Battery is sourced directly from Apple for guaranteed quality. There are a few terms to consider with this option:

   • Upfront Payment: Full payment is required in advance.
   • Original Battery: Your current battery must be the original Apple one. If your device has had a 3rd party battery fitted in the past, a surcharge of £40 will be added.
   • IMEI Number: We'll need your device’s IMEI number—no worries if you can't locate it; we’re here to help!
   • Delivery Time: Please allow 5 days for delivery.
