  • Refunds: If you are not satisfied with the repair service provided by SMC TECH REPAIRS, you may request a refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. The Product must be returned in perfect condition.
  • Exchanges: If there is a defect in the repair or if the issue persists after repair, we will offer an exchange for the same repair service at no additional cost.
